Well, it's okay if it's too much trouble.
Is it just the Believe opening song? Because the first track that was able to play started off with Vivi, Karue, and Chopper on a island so I was wondering what happened before that. (to the Merry)

Oh that. Reasons I think it's fake, bootleg at best:

-It's not on any official or reputable sites or lists, e.g., Amazon JP, Avex site, Toei list, FujiTV list...etc.
-Can never find release date, track listings or any other info about it.
-Eiichiro Oda cover art. No OP anime soundtracks have mangaka art. Looks like something a fan would do.
-No official markings on the cover or side cover(OP logo, Avex or other studio logo...etc).
-I've never seen it at any rental, music, anime or used CD stores anywhere in Tokyo. And I've found everything else.

It's possible it's some sort of limited edition event or merch CD. In other words, something they only gave away or sold at an event, like Jump Festa, or with some merchandise, like with game or something. BUT, for the reasons above, I doubt it. I think it's a bootleg, most likely.

Anyway, they're singles. You can get all the singles from several other official CDs.

Yeah, all of those reasons make sense.  I looked on all of the Japanese CD sites and album covers never have mangaka art on them, as you said.

Also, I know I can get them from every other single, but I just wanted to check, just to make sure that my One Piece CD collection was complete!

Oh, and hyakamaru, you made a good choice, listing it.  If I made a page for all of the One Piece CD's, I would've put it on there, as well!  If it had any chance of being an actual album, it should still be on there!  Also, thanks for making that page on your site!  It really helped me out when I organized my albums!  Thanks again!
