Signature rules

-Maximum of 650 pixels in width and Maximum of 300 pixels in height.
-Max of 75 kilobytes.
-Max 500 characters of text.
-No crazy, huge, colored text.
-No sig rotation scripts.
(These are VERY generous, and much more than many forums allow. It should be very easy to follow them, so no exceptions will be made.)
